Longevity in automobiles is an increasingly sensitive topic. Many say they believe that new automobiles do not reach round numbers as easily as 500,000 or even 1 million kilometers.
However, the truth is that a light passenger vehicle travels an average of 320,000 kilometers in its useful life, according to a study carried out by the US Environmental Protection Agency. The average age of a vehicle varies between 13 and 14 years.
Therefore, anything above this can already be considered an exception. These are the cases of the models listed below. According to data collected by Mapfre from various organizations and manufacturers, these 10 models have reached over 500,000 kilometers traveled.
