Lisbon is a headache for drivers. This study is the proof
Heart rate during a 30-minute trip was assessed in several European cities.

Lisbon is considered the second worst European city to drive in, according to a study by Discovercars.com.
The study carried out by the car rental company covered nine European cities that agreed to participate.
Lisbon came in second place, behind only Oslo, Norway. With a stress rating of 36, the driver's heart rate reached 134 bpm at its highest - but their resting heart rate was generally a little higher than some of the other drivers, with a minimum of 80 bpm at rest.
The methodology was as follows: the drivers' heart rates were tested while they were taking a 30-minute drive around their city and their journey was filmed using a dash cam.
Data was collected on each driver's resting and driving heart rates, and the study also measured their maximum and minimum beats per minute in both situations. The study then averaged the minimum resting and driving heart rates and subtracted that figure from the average of their maximum resting and driving heart rates.
