Official: Sporting 'ties down' prospect who has already been called up by Rúben Amorim

Sporting announced, this Tuesday, that they have reached an agreement with Alexandre Brito to renew the contractual bond between both parties, after he was recently called by Rúben Amorim for the main team's training sessions.
“Renewing is a very good feeling and it is a pride to continue with the lion on my chest. Therefore, I am grateful for the opportunity that they are giving me. I think I have been doing a good job and what I want is to continue like this to correspond in the best way”, he started by saying in statements to the official lion channels.
“Training in the main team? I went there to train. The coach Rúben Amorim gave me this opportunity and everything went very well. Everyone helped me a lot and welcomed me very well. I promise that I will continue to always give my best and work to give them many joys”, the young player from team B guaranteed next.
It should be noted that, this season, the 18-year-old midfielder has scored one goal in 24 matches played, after having started in the lions' under-14s in 2017.
