Iva Domingues used social media to make a very special sharing. The presenter's daughter, Carolina, finished her degree in the United States and her mother dedicated a loving message to her.
"7 years separate these 2 photographs. 14 years old and 21 years old. The first day of high school in Santa Monica, scared, not knowing what challenges you would face... and the last day of University in Vermont, proud, serene, happy with the feeling of accomplishment!", she began by writing.
"It seems so simple, when you look at these two moments. A normal path for a student. But no, it was not simple, nor was it easy. It came out of our body, it came out of our soul, it came out of our heart", she continued.
"Between changing an entire life from one continent to another, starting from scratch between work and friends, managing anxieties and fears, fighting insecurities, surviving a pandemic (without family nearby), believing that it was possible, never giving up, even when that scenario seemed to be the only solution, only the two of us know 'the price' we paid for our choice. You remained. We remain", she continued, congratulating her daughter and leaving her with torn praise.
"I couldn't be more proud of you, the young adult woman you already are. Courageous, intelligent, sweet, gentle, respectful, hardworking, dreamy and above all free! Very free!".
It is worth remembering that the young woman is the result of the relationship that has already ended between Iva Domingues and journalist Pedro Mourinho.
