Some point to the daily routine and stress caused by professional reasons, but in some cases, things as simple as eating poorly and even lack of exercise can lead to fatigue. However, when daily activities start to become tiring, be suspicious. Prolonged fatigue can be a sign of something more serious, such as iron deficiency, an essential nutrient for the production of red blood cells, as an article in the Daily Express newspaper warns.
Red blood cells contain hemoglobin, responsible for transporting oxygen and carbon dioxide in the body. When red blood cells are unable to distribute oxygen effectively, it causes a feeling of exhaustion and we run the risk of being in a situation of anemia.

To prevent iron deficiency, you should make sure that your diet includes foods such as red meat, fish, beans, egg yolks and nuts. In severe cases, there is a faster and easier way to increase your iron levels: taking a vitamin supplement with iron.
Without enough iron, anemia can occur, a disease that results from the decrease in red blood cells in the blood.
