As the years go by, it is normal for more wrinkles to start appearing on the skin and for it to become more flaccid. Not only on the face, but also on the arms and other areas of the body. Diet can be a fundamental ally in providing more firmness.

Leticia Carrera is a specialist in biochemistry and revealed to the magazine Telva some foods that can help in this process. She explains that an important step is to promote the increase of collagen.

"It is a fundamental protein that maintains the structure of the skin, contributes to its firmness and elasticity", she reveals. A diet rich in nutrients, amino acids and vitamin C is something you should bet on.

"Egg yolk and vegetables help the natural production of collagen. Citrus fruits, vegetables and foods rich in proteins, such as oily fish, lean meats, such as turkey, and seeds" are also part of the advice.
