Sustainable (and simple) habits that you can adopt in your daily life:
- You can start filtering tap water (or drinking it directly) instead of buying single-use plastic bottles;
- Take care of what you have so that it lasts longer;
- Make your own meals whenever possible and limit eating out to avoid waste;
- Try to always use leftovers to make new meals;
- Leave the windows open on milder days to cool the house instead of using air fresheners with synthetic fragrances;
- Swap clothes with friends (and family) instead of always buying new things;
- Wash clothes at low temperatures;
- Turn off the water while brushing your teeth;
- Keep the lights off during the day and when you're not home.
