"Helps to increase concentration due to its L-theanine content, in addition to promoting a state of mental relaxation".
Ginkgo Biloba Extract
"Improves blood circulation and stimulates brain activity."
Ginseng
"It has better effects on middle-aged and older adults than on young people."
Rosemary
"Its benefits are related to prospective memory, which involves the ability to remember events that will happen."
