Two injured in accident between ambulance and light vehicle in Guarda
The injured, who were considered to be in a mild condition, are the first responder and the patient.

Two people were injured following a collision between an ambulance from the São Romão Volunteer Firefighters and a light vehicle on the N17 road, near the town of Vila Cortês da Serra, in Guarda, this Saturday afternoon.
The accident occurred at 1:30 pm, when an ambulance from that corporation was transporting a patient between health units, the entity detailed on the social network Facebook.
The injured, who were considered minor, are the paramedic and the patient, according to the same note.
The victims will be under observation at the São Teotónio Hospital in Viseu.
"At this moment, our thoughts are with the injured, and we wish a quick recovery for both", concluded the organization.
