They received the rank of Commander of the Order of Freedom Amadeu António Pereira Lopes Sabino, António José Maldonado Cortes Simões, Joaquim Monteiro Matias, Jorge Ítalo Assis dos Santos, José Adalberto Coelho Alves, José Delgado Domingues Martins, José Paiva Biscaia Filipe Pereira and Saúl Fernandes Rodrigues Nunes. The Minister of Justice, Rita Júdice, and the President of the Bar Association, Fernanda de Almeida Pinheiro, were present.
