Lithuanian Armed Forces thank support and congratulate on 25th of April
The Marine Force in Lithuania is on a mission within the framework of NATO's reassurance measures, until July 2, 2024.

This Friday, the 26th, at the final coordination meeting of the event that will conclude the exercise 'Brave Griffin 24/II', which will take place tomorrow, the Lithuanian forces made a point of publicly congratulating the "Portuguese friends" on Freedom Day.
According to a note from the Portuguese Navy, the Armed Forces stressed that Portugal is, once again, "side by side with Lithuania, as brothers and comrades in arms, especially on a day like April 25, so special and with so much meaning".
The Marine Force in Lithuania is composed of 146 military personnel and is on a mission in that country, as part of NATO's reassurance measures, until 2 July 2024.
This mission has been taking place since 2018, the Navy also adds.
