Prime Video renews 'The Boys' one month before the premiere of the new season
Amazon seems confident in the quality of the fourth season, with a premiere date set for June 13.

With about a month to go until the premiere of the fourth season of ‘The Boys’ on Prime Video, Amazon decided to announce that the series will be entitled to a fifth season.
The series had its first season in 2019 and is based on the comic book of the same name by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson. It is known that Eric Kripke will continue to be the ‘showrunner’ of ‘The Boys’.
“‘The Boys’ may be the best job I’ve ever had. What other series allows me to write about politics, capitalism, family and exploding genitals, not necessarily in that order”, can be read in Kripke’s statement. “The cast and crew are deeply grateful to Sony Pictures Television and Amazon MGM Studios for the opportunity to tell this story in one more season”.
The fourth season of ‘The Boys’ will premiere on June 13 with three episodes, when each new episode will be released every week.
