CTT will pay a dividend of 0.17 euros on May 16
CTT will pay a dividend, approved at the general meeting, of EUR 0.17 per share on 16 May, the company announced today to the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM).

"Under the terms and for the purposes of the provisions of paragraph b) of article 29.º-K of the Portuguese Securities Code and article 7.º of CMVM Regulation no. 1/2023, CTT -- Correios de Portugal, S.A. ('CTT'), following the approval of the proposal for the application of results by the annual general meeting held on April 23, informs about the payment of dividends referring to the fiscal year of 2023", says the press release.
At stake is a gross dividend of 0.17 euros per share, which corresponds to a net dividend of 0.12240 euros or 0.12750 euros, depending on whether it is subject to IRS or IRC, respectively.
The same information indicates May 16 as the dividend payment date, stating that it will be made through the Central de Valores Mobiliários, with Banco Montepio as the paying agent.
CTT's net income rose by 66.2% last year, compared to 2022, to 60.5 million euros.
CTT shares closed today's session down 1.89% to 4.41 euros.
