Simão Sabrosa took to his Instagram page to declare his love for his partner, Vanessa Rebelo, who is celebrating another year of life this Wednesday, May 22. 

"Congratulations, my love. Thank you for continuing to give meaning to the true word love. Happy birthday. I love you", wrote the former footballer in the caption of images of both. 

In turn, Vanessa Rebelo also highlighted the date on her Instagram page.

"I'm 43 now. Tomorrow I'll tell you everything, today it's just family. Especially my Indians and my dear fiancé. I'm among pots, but I've already had a full day. Thank you for all the affection, this 'girl' with an easy smile appreciates all your messages. The ones I've already been able to see, I've already given a little attention. At bedtime, I'll try to continue to respond to all of you. I also have a gift to share, but as soon as I have a little time you'll be able to see it. With love, from this mommy of boys", she said.
