Selena Gomez recently revealed she wished she had "asked for help" sooner when she was struggling with her mental health.
The 31-year-old opened up about the topic and revealed she wished she had sought professional help earlier.
Selena, who revealed in 2020 that she had been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, told People magazine that she has come to recognise that "there's no shame in asking for help".
The singer and actress launched her brand, Rare Beauty, in honour of Mental Health Awareness Week, and the company has now created a new campaign encouraging people to "call someone you miss or someone whose voice you would love to hear".
