Kanye West has been sued for sexual harassment, breach of contract and wrongful termination by Lauren Pisciotta, who worked as his executive assistant for two years, according to TMZ.
In a lawsuit, Pisciotta alleges that the rapper sent her sexually explicit text messages and engaged in a sex act while on a phone call with her, according to the outlet.
She claims she was fired in 2022, but her $3 million severance package was never paid.
According to the legal documents, obtained by TMZ, Pisciotta was working as an OnlyFans model when she met West in 2021. She claims she was hired to work at his clothing brand, Yeezy, and ended up working on three tracks for his album “Donda.”
West later hired Pisciotta to be his executive assistant, allegedly offering her a $1 million annual salary, with the understanding that she would be available to him “24/7,” which she agreed to, the outlet reports.
According to the suit, West was initially fine with her continuing to operate her OnlyFans account, but in 2022 allegedly asked her to delete it in exchange for an additional $1 million, to which she agreed.
After she closed the account, she claims he began “bombarding” her with explicit text messages, including pornographic videos, the outlet reports.
She was promoted to COO of West’s various businesses in September 2022, but was abruptly fired shortly after, the lawsuit states, and was never paid the severance she was promised.
In addition to sexual harassment, breach of contract and wrongful termination, Pisciotta is also suing West and Yeezy for fraud, unpaid wages and emotional distress.
