'World of Warcraft' maker cancels annual event
The company says it will focus on smaller presentations and participating in other events.

“After carefully considering the last year, we’ve made the difficult decision not to hold BlizzCon in 2024”, the producer wrote on its official website. Instead of a big event, Blizzard announced that it will focus on smaller presentations and participation in other events.
It’s worth noting that the ‘Warcraft’ series celebrates its 30th anniversary in 2024, with ‘World of Warcraft’ completing 20 years since its launch. In addition to the tenth expansion of the online game, called ‘The War Within’, Blizzard is also expected to share more details about the first expansion of ‘Diablo IV’, called ‘Vessel of Hatred’.
