The 'goodbye' to Twitter, this time for good
Elon Musk wants to erase all signs of the platform's former name.

When Elon Musk decided to change Twitter's name to X, this change was not accompanied by a change in the social network's URL. Well, now the farewell to Twitter seems to be definitive.
This is because the company has officially become X.com and not Twitter.com as it was until now. Depending on your region or browser, the social network's URL will start to appear with the new version and, when you enter the platform, you will be greeted with a message.
“We are warning you that we are going to change our URL, but your privacy and data protection remain the same”, you can read in the message.
