As the weather warms up, ants start to appear in nearly every home, but there are simple ways to deal with the problem. For example, pest experts at Bulwark Pest Control, as quoted by the blog aggregator Huffpost, recommend a cheap and effective hack.

Already have ants in your home? You'll need to tackle the problem slightly differently. Mix equal parts baking soda and powdered sugar in a bowl. Sprinkle the mixture around areas of your home where you see the most activity. Once you've treated the infestation, seal up any cracks in walls or floors that may be letting them into your home. You can (and should) also sprinkle the mixture outside "in areas where ants may be nesting".
