Yes, there is a way to improve all routines, including your shower routine. Don't believe it? Alia Ahmed, a dermatologist, quoted in the DailyStar, explains everything you should do while showering to get completely clean and still significantly improve your skin health.

What the ideal shower routine should be like:
- Use your hands to wash your body and forget the sponges;
- Always wash the extremities, such as ears, toes and legs;
- Try to shower once a day;
- Make sure you completely remove any remaining products from your body and hair;
- Do not shower with very hot water;
- Do not shower with too cold water;
- You do not need to wash your body twice when using a moisturizing shower gel;
- Wash your face in the sink after showering with warm water. It is less aggressive for the skin;
- Always choose products that nourish the skin.
