"As we celebrate 120 years of history and tradition, it is with great honor that we launch the Carmo SPECIAL collection", says Sofia Lourinho, the brand's designer, in a statement. This collection "not only celebrates our heritage, but also represents our vision for the future, where artisan quality and innovation come together to create truly special shoes".

The business is now in the hands of a new generation of four young entrepreneurs. Together, they are committed to preserving the charm and authenticity of this iconic store, while introducing a new energy and a contemporary approach to the brand's offer.
It should be recalled that Sapataria do Carmo has three stores, located in Largo do Carmo and Chiado, in Lisbon, and in Funchal, in Madeira.
