Scientists discover the perfect fruits to gain muscle mass

You are mistaken if you believe that training is the only thing you need to do to gain muscle mass. In reality, this is a process that depends on many factors, namely an adequate diet.

Now, scientists from the Australian universities James Cook and Charles Darwin suggest that the fruit has evident benefits in the growth of muscle mass, in addition to all the others that have been claimed over the years. This food is not only ideal for those who want to lose weight, but also helps reduce cholesterol levels and strengthens the immune system.
The authors of the study we told you about aimed to understand the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant 'powers' of the fruit consumed between 24 to 48 hours after training. That's how they found out that red, purple and citrus fruits, banana, kiwi and avocado are the best bets.
