Do you usually drink coffee or decaf every day? Do you think it can affect your cholesterol in any way? Ana Luzón, a nutrition technician, revealed to the blog aggregator HuffPost what can happen.

Still, she also cites a 2023 study published in the journal Nature. "It suggests that coffee contains other substances that neutralize each other's effects, making it 'neutral'. In other words, it is not harmful."
And what about decaf? "Despite the lack of caffeine, it retains some of the properties of coffee. Decaf still has many antioxidants and typical benefits of regular coffee, although it does not contain caffeine."
"It is our entire diet and our lifestyle that will be more decisive if we want to have good health."
