K-INFRA now holds over 16% of Greenvolt
K-INFRA Gamma Aggregator now holds more than 16% of Greenvolt, according to the information sent to the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM) today.

In total, K-INFRA now has a 16.36% stake in the renewable energy company. The limit was exceeded on 21 May.
The company did not previously have a stake in Greenvolt.
K-INFRA is a company that operates in the infrastructure business management market.
This operation is carried out in the context of the Greenvolt takeover bid launched on 21 December by the infrastructure investment fund Gamma Lux, based in Luxembourg and managed by KKR.
In today's stock market session, Greenvolt shares remained unchanged at 8.30 euros.
