Bird Dog
Start on your hands and knees. Extend your right arm forward and your left leg back. Keep your shoulders and hips parallel to the floor. Do 2 sets of 10 to 12 reps.
Plank with Leg Lift
Get into a regular plank position. Then, lift one leg off the ground. Hold for a few seconds, then switch legs. Do 2 sets of 8 to 10 reps.
Russian Twists
Sit on the floor with your knees bent. Lean back and lift your feet off the ground. Twist your torso from side to side. Do 2 sets of 12 to 15 reps.
