Whether you are studying or working, there are times when you may find it difficult to concentrate and focus as much as you would like. However, there are a number of things you can do to help avoid this.
HealthShots spoke to psychiatrist Sarthak Dave to find out what to do. Here are 10 tips.
1. Brain training exercises

2. Watch out for distractions

3. Set goals
