You can make a tea and drink it as soon as you wake up or before going to sleep.
Mint
"Contains compounds known to calm and relax the gastrointestinal tract." You can opt for a tea, for example.

"You can try it before bed, if you have indigestion at night."
Walking
"Walking after eating helps speed up digestion."
