Following diets created by AI can be dangerous, warns specialist

Instead of seeking professional help, did you use an Artificial Intelligence (AI) tool to create a diet and meal plan that you are following? You better be careful, because you may be running some risks.
Dietitian Fran Susín posted a video on his TikTok account in which he warned against the use of this type of tool. He gave the example of a gym student who was feeling hungry and somewhat anxious.

"I explained to him that the problem might not be with him", but rather with the fact that AI is not human and cannot understand "the concept or perception of hunger".
Thus, "it does not know which foods need to be replaced to avoid hunger or meet your needs. It may reduce the amount of food so that you lose fat, but that is a mistake."
