By posting a photograph of his mother on his Instagram page, José Carlos Pereira marked Mother's Day on the social network, celebrated this Sunday, May 5.
"This is my mother and I love her," the actor and doctor began by writing.
"Being a mother is a privilege but it is also a mission, a blessing but also a job that is sometimes undervalued, and I know what I am talking about as a father. Being a mother is having a bond that we men will never have with our children, except with 'our mother'," he said next, not forgetting the mothers of his children and his partner.
"Then congratulations to the mothers of my children: Liliana Aguiar and Inês de Góis for giving me the best children in the world. Congratulations also, and lastly, to my girlfriend and mother Irina Sustelo who has been this and much more, and has taught me and helped me grow so much," he highlighted.
"Besides, to all women who are mothers, and not mothers, who in one way or another always end up taking care of someone with the instinct that always, or almost always, accompanies them. To all of you... Happy Mother's Day," he completed.
